What you can do for us
In this role you’ll be responsible for a broad range of activities related to real estate development control as well as supporting the management of various ventures. The role has a pivotal function, ensuring that one of the business’ key areas is fully under control.
Key responsibilities:
• Implement and improve the development control function,
including the creation of tooling, reports and procedures.
• Coordinate project reporting through MDR and Q-reporting.
• Review and analyse business cases and lender agreements.
• Prepare budget and forecast information.
• Support the management of existing ventures, ensuring the quality
of services and deliverables.
• Act as point of contact and coordinate investor reporting.
In short, a broad scope of activities in collaboration with the Development and Management team.

What characterizes you?
• Enthusiasm, curiosity and an open mind for new ideas.
• You are educated to Master’s Degree in finance, legal or other relevant topic.
• Experience of working in similar role (5-8 years) ideally within the Real Estate sector.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and business planning process.
• You are an excellent communicator, strong teamplayer with ability to connect internal &
external stakeholders.
• You work best under pressure and know how to multitask.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English.
